Facilitating, planning, and implementing your strategic vision.

From fact finding discussions, to supporting the creation of your strategic plan and implementation process, we'll consider all aspects of your organization, so you can be ready for the path ahead.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE ASKING…

We have goals for the year and a mission and vision, do we really need a strategic plan as well?

We already have a strategic plan — how can our team take this into implementation?

How do we audit our strategic plan to know if it’s still right for the needs of this organization?

Facilitation

I'll work closely with you and your board as an unbiased voice, bringing frameworks and best practices that meet the culture and possibilities of your organization. Through this process, we will uncover your organizations way forward.

Building a Plan

We'll take the learnings forward from the facilitation process, and create a plan driven by your capacities and goals. This gives you the confidence to lead, knowing your strategic plan will no longer sit on the shelf, but instead guide the path ahead.

Implementation

Together we can identify next steps, and create a path forward to successful implementation. While the plan provides direction, it requires systems and processes to translate those goals into the day–to–day.

Your questions, answered.

We have goals for the year and a mission and vision, do we really need a strategic plan as well?

I hear you! Having a mission and vision is the best place to start, because they focus on what you're striving for, and where you want to go next. But what a strategic plan will do, is go beyond the year — giving you practical steps on how to build capacity for sustained growth. It also anchors team and individual goals to a common long-term objective.

We already have a strategic plan — how can our team take this into implementation?

Getting the plan into action can be tougher than expected. Through the process I've outlined above, we can bridge the gap between your plan and putting it into action.

How do we audit our strategic plan to know if it’s still right for the needs of this organization?

Your strategic plan should be able to guide decision making on all levels, and knowing when it no longer fits is vital. By utilizing frameworks that fit your organizations needs, culture, and resources, we can work together to audit your current strategic plan, and pave a path forward.
